What should you do if your child is unable to attend school
It is important that your child regularly attends school but, if they are unable to, we require you to follow the school’s Attendance Policy which can be found here.
Please note the following procedure must be followed if your child is absent from school:-
On the first day of absence, please notify the school before 9.20am - telephone number is 020 3745 6216 – Option 1.
If we do not hear from you we will contact one of your alternative emergency contacts.
If your child is absent on a Friday, please call again on the Monday if they are still absent
Any absence from school for medical/dental appointments must be notified in a letter or email in advance of the absence and supporting evidence must be provided.
No absences will be authorised retrospectively.
